Solo in Scandanavia in Spring

Day 1:

Highly recommend the original Norway in a nutshell itinerary. This trip includes: 

• The scenic Bergen Railway
• The breathtaking Flåm Railway
• Fjord cruise on the magnificent Aurlandsfjord and on the narrow Nærøyfjord
• Bus trip through beautiful scenery

I was mesmerized by the stunning natural beauty of norwegian fjords through this very well planned itinerary. When you book the trip it gives you all the tickets and the plan for the day. Make sure to be on time and enjoy every bit of it. 

I arrived at Bergen right around dinner time and got to see the gorgeous sunset with the backdrop of Old wharf & traditional wooden buildings.

Day 2:

Each day in Norway turned out to be better than the previous one. The city of Bergen was so charming and full of exciting things to do. I wish I had one more day to spend here. 

I was able to see these popular attractions all in a single day. 

• Bryggen - Old wharf & traditional wooden buildings. Do not forget to bring some memorable souvenirs home.
• Fløyen/Fløibanen - mountain and funicular ride, this was a fun ride to the top. The views are stunning. 
• Bergenhus Fortress - very old fortress, not much to do. So if you have less time, you can skip this.
• Bergen Cathedral 
• Torgallmenningen square, enjoy the stunning beauty of the town. Really quaint and colorful houses all around. 

Highly recommend the cozy cocktail bars and food was really good. #romantic #scandanavia
