Day 1:
-Landed at 5am, went straight to the Jewel Changi Mall
-Paid for a room for 4 hours at the Yotelair Jewel Changi to take a nap and shower
-Walked around the mall. Lunch at White Restaurant (known for Bee Hoon Noodles). Picked up cakes from Rich and Good Cake Shop. Tasted sample of Irvins Salted Egg chips.
-Checked into hostel: Bohemian Chic Hostel
-Dinner at East Coast Lagoon Village (outdoor hawker center)
-Dessert at Dessert First
Day 2:
-Breakfast at Ya Kun Kaya Toast
-Hostel-led tour of Chinatown
-Singapore City Gallery (free museum about Singapore urban planning)
-Lunch at Maxwell Food Center (hawker center), specifically Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice (long line but worth it)
-Walk around Haji Lane (hipster-y shopping district)
-Cow Play Cow Moo (arcade inside Suntec City Mall, very loud)
-Funan Mall (another mall, huge)
-Bar crawl: Operation Dagger (very hidden speakeasy), Employees Only (non-hidden speakeasy), Clarke Quay (nightlife district)
Day 3:
-Breakfast/lunch at Lau Pa Sat Festival Market (hawker center)
-Jumbo Seafood (I wanted to try chilli crab, but I was traveling solo, so I got a chilli crab "dip" appetizer to-go, to get the taste)
-Bee Chieng Hang (known for their pork jerky products - "bakkwa")
-ArtScience Museum (would not recommend unless you have pre-purchased tickets to a cool exhibit)
-Marina Bay Sands
-Flower Dome
-Cloud Forest
