Japan Part 2 - 12 Days

Upon checking into our hotel, the Nohga Hotel Kiyomizu Kyoto, we determined we should try and find an antique store. Sadly the one we attempted to visit was closed, however across the street was a fantastic shrine.

We got a back massage and some ramen at the train station to break up our day, as that evening we had a 4 hour walking tour of the streets of old Kyoto. We began at Yasaka-Jinja Shrine went along Gion Corner, Pontocho, the river and many others. It was wonderful.

The next day we went to th Nishiki Market, had a fantastic time covered in pigs at the Mi Pig cafe, purchased some sourvenirs, and returned to the hotel for some downtime before our evening adventure - matcha with a Maiko, via the company Maikoya.

The next day we were off to Osaka.
