I found the #BlueLagoon to be overrated, crowded and expensive compared to the other hot springs around the country.
It is convenient if you want to stay close to the airport. However if you have the time and ability to go to others, then I suggest that you go to Myvatn Nature Reserve. It wasn’t as big, but it was beautiful and peaceful and not crowded at all. There were tons of others as well that were just as amazing all over the country. Personally if I went back to Iceland I would avoid the Blue Lagoon completely.
