I live in Louisiana but still New Orleans is around 3 hours away. Even though it is near to my place, staying up all night in New Orleans is quite often for my family and friends. The place is so lively and nights are just young, even its morning 3 am. Here are some descriptions of what you want to see in New Orleans .

Main attractions are Bourbon Street's plentiful live-music, French Quarter or the Garden District, Chalmette Battlefield and The National WWII Museum pack. The thing that comes up very often is that our day essentially doesn’t start until midnight or 2 in the morning. It is always crowded but eventually gets crazy during the mardi gras time.
