On the first day we rented a car and first visited the Lady Bird lake and the rest of the day we spent visiting the state capitol, and university of austin. That night we stayed in the airBnb in the city and the next day early m
airorning we started our journey to Mount bonnell.
#The 133-year-old State Capitol building in Texas is a must see place in texas. The place where government and history happen every day. Spectacular architecture and center of the attraction. It is free and popular for all ages.
#The UT Tower or the main Building is a 307-foot-tall landmark that can be seen from virtually anywhere on campus. Harry Ransom Center is also a very historic place and this library houses famous pieces such as the Gutenberg Bible, Edgar Allen Poe’s desk, Albert Einstein’s unpublished notes, and original works by Frida Kahlo.
#Despite being one of the fastest growing cities in North America, Austin allows ample space to connect with nature. Mount Bonnell is one of the most popular destinations in Austin with the highest point in the city. It reaches 775 feet and provides views of downtown Austin and the 360 Bridge. It has been a popular sightseeing destination since the mid-19th century because it is across the Colorado River and is the perfect place to take photos of Austin's skyline.
