Leave Youngstown by about 9 am
Drive north through Ashtabula and Geauga Counties (spend about 1.5 hrs each), see covered bridges
Drive to Cuyahoga Valley Natl Park between Cleveland & Akron, spend about 4 hrs, see Brandywine Falls & ride the Scenic Railroad
Turn in rental car, spend the night in a hotel in Cleveland, fly out the next morning.
Dinner options: many. John and Loreta Family Restaurant is very highly rated & between Cuyahoga Valley and airport, or for something really different try Habesha Ethiopian & Eritrean Restaurant.
