Paris truely is the Eternal City. Paris and Berlin were 100% my favorite stops on my trip. I didn't not expect to fall as much in love with paris as I did. It is a massive city so to try and conquer it in the week I had I developed a strategy. I stayed for 3 nights in the in the 7th arrondissement and 3 night in the 11th arrondissement. This gave me the opportunity to experience both the left and right banks of the river Seine.
I am an art and history new and Paris was my play ground. I bought a museum pass when I arrived by train and made sure to get the most i could out of it. It took me 3 days but i conquered the entire Louvre. Also at night look for live exhibitions. There is live art and music to be found around every corner.
On another note I found some attractions rather lack luster like the Eifel Towere and The Arc de Triumphe. Maybe because I am from NYC but I just found them to be very underwelming.
