We stayed in a couple different Air B&Bs in Knysna and really enjoyed our stay here.
Day 1
We went to the Knsyna Elephant Sanctuary in the morning. It was really interesting talking to the people that look after the elephants and hearing their stories, it was also fun to feed the elephants fruit and see the zebras.
In the afternoon, we went to the Knysna Lagoon where we rented kayaks for a few hours. They also have standup paddleboards if that's your thing! To finish off the night we had dinner at The Olive Tree which was very nice.
Day 2
In the morning, we drove a little over an hour to go bungee jumping off Bloukrans Bridge. This is the largest bungee jump off a bridge in the world and was thrilling!
The rest of the day we spent at Plettenberg Bay, walking on the beach and exploring the area. The Robberg Nature Reserve is a really pretty area on the coast here. For dinner, we went to a restaurant in Knysna called Pembreys. The East Coast Sole was divine!
Day 3
In the morning, we went to Garden of Eden, a super lush forest with nice walking paths. To finish off our trip, we went up to the Prince Alfred's Pass, a gorgeous mountain pass 45 minutes outside Knysna. I definitely recommend reading up about the history of this road as it is really interesting, and it's a gorgeous drive!
