Day 4
Moved from a hotel to an AirBnB in Kailua. It's a residential area so there aren't any hotels besides a couple. Kailua beach is by far the most beautiful beach I've ever visited. So happy we stayed here. Before we went to the AirBnB, we went for a hike nearby.
- Activities
- Lanikai Pillbox hike
- Quick hike that offers great views of Lanikai and Kailua.
- Very steep in the beginning. It downpoured on our way down and got super muddy.
- Spent entire afternoon at Kailua Beach
- Windy side of the island so it's fun to watch kite surfers.
- Lanikai Pillbox hike
- Places We Ate
- Kono's Northshore
- Great Sandwiches!

Day 5
- Activities
- Kualoa Ranch
- One of the biggest tourist attractions. Lots of activities to do.
- We booked an ATV tour.
- It was pretty fun. It was amazing seeing the mountains and the valley but I was hoping the ATV tour would be a bit more adventurous. You have to drive very slow.
- Spent the rest of afternoon at beach again. If you stay in Kailua, spend as much time as you can at the beach.
- Kualoa Ranch
- Places We Ate
- Hibachi
- The BEST poke I've ever had. So fresh and so good! Do not skip this place.
- Maui Brewing Company
- Good beer and food.
