Day 1
We left Mumbai for Bhuj via train. Reached Bhuj at 7 AM in the morning.
Upon Reaching Bhuj, we relaxed a bit and had some tea and breakfast and then took a cab and left for Kutch at around 10 AM. On the way to Kutch, we went to Kalo Dungar (kalo is Black and Dungar is Mountain). It is known to be the highest of Kutch with an upward slope of 462 m which offers a great panoramic view of White Desert with a temple dedicated to Lord Dattatreya. We then proceeded towards Kutch and reached our resort by 3 PM.
In the evening, we went to see the very famous White Desert of Kutch. Rann in Gujarati language means Desert. The place gives you splendid spectacular view of White salt all around. We spend some quality time here by listening to folk music sung by some group of people, Camel Ride and eating some ice cream. The sunset view was stunning.
Day 2
We planned many activities for Day 2. We left our hotel by 8 AM. We first went to Bhuj and reached "Mata no Madh" . This is a temple mainly dedicated to Ashapura Devi.
Then we left for Lakhpat Fort. The fort is almost abandoned with dilapidated buildings, but it give good views and is a picturesque place.
Wind-mills, which line the horizon of Mandvi, offer a spectacular view from the Mandvi sea-beach.
Day 3
We started the day with a visit to Swami Narayan Temple. We then visited the very famous Kutchh Museum. After that, we went to Parag palace.
After sunset, we did some local shopping at Dhordo and finally left for our Hotel.
