Arriving in Singapore

I arrived in the mif of May. There was a slight drizzle in the weather but the overall climate was very pleasant. I landed at Changi airport but within Singapore, I never took an Uber as I always found the MRT and buses very efficient. 

Day 0 - Essentials

I landed in the afternoon, so went to Hotel (I stayed at Chinatown), took a nap and in the evening went out to explore Chinatown. I also purchased tickets for Universal Studios, MBS Skypark, Gardens By The Bay and SEA Aquarium that I planned to visit in next 4 days. These tickets can be bought at discounted rates from Sea Wheel Travel at Peoples Park Centre in Chinatown. I visited the Hawker Centre at Chinatown. While at Chinatown, don't forget to visit Mariamman Temple & Buddha Tooth Relic Temple. 
 

Day 1 - Haw Par Villa, Henderson Bridge, Clarke Quay

I went to Haw Par Villa which is a sort of a cultural park, and quite an interesting place to visit and have cool photos. From Haw Par Villa, I went Henderson Bridge (which is for me one of the best attractions of SG), took the whole trail and got down at Alexandra and then took the bus to Clarke Quay to enjoy dinner and night life. 

Day 2 - Gardens By The Bay & Little India

A visit to SG is incomplete without visit to Gardens by the Bay. I particularly loved the Cloud Forest. The light & sound show at GBTB is a must see. I then visited Little India to enjoy that part of culture, tradition and food including a visit to Mustafa. 

 Day 3: Sentosa

Day 4 was Universal Studios. Enjoyed a lot, particularly the Terminator ride and the rollercoasters. While returning from Sentosa, had food at Vivo City Mall. 

Day 4: SEA Aquarium, MBS Skypark & Casino

We went to Sentosa again on Day 5 this time to enjoy the SEA Aquarium which is a must visit if you are into sealife. Then went to Marina Bay Sands Hotel for Skypark & Casino. MBS blew my mind. 

Day 5: Botanical Gardens & Changi 

I had my filght in the evening so headed to SG Botanical Gardens for a stroll. It was stunning. We reached the airport a few hours in advance to stroll around the airport since it is quite a place to see too.
