Short Time in Dubai

Day 1:

What do you do with 24 hours in Dubai? Everything!!

-Landed in Dubai at 6:00 am. Left our bags at the airport lockers which is about $25.00 for the day

-Walked out of the airport got a taxi to At The Top Burj Khalifa

-We pre booked this at about $30.00 per person

-We went straight there got on the elevator and went to the top! Wow what a view!! It was actually kind of scary to even see. It was a clear day so you could see everything! It all looked like little peanuts from the top!

-Once we were done with that we took the elevator down to about the 10th floor and had lunch at the Rooftop over looking the water that looked like a pool with fountains in it.

-Lunch was very pricey but eveything in Dubai is! We ate the local food and it tasted amazing!

-After lunch we went and walked the Dubai Mall! I know this may sound crazy becuase it is a mall but it is unlike anything you have ever seen! Every high end store, waterfalls, shows going on, bars, a huge aquarium, and great places to eat! It is just something you need ot experience!

-After walking the mall for a few hours we had tickets  for the Fountain show which it is free to watch from the side but we wanted to be in it so we did the Burj Lake Ride. It is so amazing to be on the boat watching the water show from a boat!!! IF you can do this do it around 7:00 pm when it is getting dark! With all the lights on the water shows and being right up in front it is really something special.

-After all this we went back to the airport.

-That is what you can do with less then 24 hours in Dubai!
