Ping-Pong Around Southern Japan on a Budget

Day 4: (cont)

• Arrvied at Shin-Osaka station - explored mall area and had lunch
• Took Midosuji Line to Daikokucho Station & checked into hostel: Hostel Ebisutei Souzou
• Poked around the Tsutenkaku area
• Explored the dotonbori at night 

Day 5:

• Woke up early and headed to Nara
• Returned to Osaka
• Visited the Tsutenkaku in the daylight
• Went up the Abeno Harukas - requires a ticket - tallest building in Japan
• Visited the Pocky Museum 
• Namba Yasaka Dragon Head Shrine
• Sumiyoshi Shrine
• Osaka-Jo Castle
• Tsusenkaku & Denden town at night

Day 6: 

• Woke up early
• Took the bullet train to Hiroshima
• Returned to Osaka in the evening
• Met with friends from the hostel - nightlife in Osaka

Day 7:

• Left Hostel around 11am
• Travelled to Shin-Osaka Station
• Took bullet train back to Tokyo
