For Zanzibar- we stayed in Stone Town for 1 day which was not enough time at all. Will be back.
Stayed at the Double Tree which was amazing- roof top restaurant and everything!!

We did a 4 hour tour that the hotel organized for us- it was quick and simple. A walk about Stone Town showing the main attracts. Wasn't very expensive at all
We visited the Slave Museum also- it's heartbreaking. But very honest and informative. Just know you will come out wonder "WTF".
For the beach we stayed in a small town call Jambiani on the east coast.
Again- not enough time!!
The villa was amazing and the food was great. We took most of our meals there just hanging out.
So the plan was to travel all over Zanzibar and see everything. But honestly, we were so tired from safari and Nairobi, that we didn't do anything but hang out in the villa all day. And it was 100% worth it!
They have 2 sister hotels but I only remember the name of one- within walking distance along the beach

Ah both are incredible countries I visited dozens of times, so beautiful
Wow!!! Amazing 😍 I love going on safari it is one of the most amazing experiences!!! I have recently found a hidden gem in Kenya and wanted to share this with you, as I can imagine it is a dream of many of us here to walk with giraffes and have picnic with giraffes in the wild.
I have been travelling for over 6 years in East Africa, went several times on safari, but being so close to amazing creatures, was a new highlight for me.
The sanctuary is called Nguuni Sanctuary in Mombasa, Kenya and perfect to combine with a beach holiday after your safari in Kenya.
Sounds life an amazing trip, great itinerary and seems like the perfect timescale. Kenya is like a dream trip of mine.
Safari sounds amazing, I'm so jealous! Giraffe Manor is top of my list when I eventually go to Kenya. Great to hear the food in Nairobi is so good and I'm impressed with how good the Uber service is.
