Day 16:
I arrived in Oxford at midnight so I got dinner at The Turf Tavern and then I went to sleep. In the morning I set out to see some of the city's main sights:The Pitt Rivers Museum, the Radcliffe Library, the Christ Church College and the Bridge of Sighs.I ended the day with a nice beer by the river at the Christ Church Meadow.
Day 17:
I woke up and went to the same place as the day before for a cup of tea and biscuits. After I was full,I got on the bus to Woodstock,to see the Blenheim Palace.I spent a while at this tranquil place, then got on the bus back to Oxford in order to get on the train to Windsor,my last destination.I arrived in Windsor and relaxed a while at the Royal Racecourse, before heading to the famed Windsor Castle. The "queen's home" is a very majestic place with a very nice atmosphere.
After Windsor,I got on the train back to London, where my trip ended.
OVERVIEW
-Pretty much everything went according to the plan.Besides the obviously pretty big prices, there isn't much I can complain about.
-If I had more days,I would have paid Bristol a visit to see the SS Great Britain,as well as Cardiff.Canterbury also has a pretty cathedral.
-thetrainline.com is where I booked pretty much all my train rides
