Exmouth is the perfect place for a relaxed seaside holiday.
A beautiful long sandy beach with a few shops and pubs along the seafront to ensure a relaxed experience. We enjoyed a lovely day on the sand making sand castles, paddling and soaking up the sun.
If you would like a boat trip, check out Stuart Line Cruises as we had a great day out long the coast seeing some of the small seaside towns. They do loads of different trips so you have plenty to choose from.
One pub that we loved to go to for something to eat was The Bath House, you get amazing food for the price you pay and they have an outdoor seating area as well as the indoor one for sunny days.
If you do venture into the little town centre, there is a huge indoor market that is open every day, some lovely pubs and a cinema.
We went on the little train tour around the town which was quite fun. It lasted an hour and it was £10 each, it took us all along the seafront and around the tour. There is a lady talking over the speakers telling you about the places you see.
Parking isn't too bad as there are a few little car parks and some parking on the road which are run by apps.
If you want somewhere to take the kids for some fun and entertainement, check out Ocean on the seafront. They have soft play, an arcade and bowling, then when everyone gets hungry, there is 3 places to eat called The Engine Room, The Deck and the Ocean's Beach Bar as well as a take away.
