Maui Spear Fishing Academy - a pretty lo-fi experience but if you're adventurous I HIGHLY recommend this. It was a total blast and a great learning experience if you have never free dived (I hadn't) before. |
Haleakala Sunset + stargazing - If you refuse to wake up at 2am for the sunrise I highly recommend the sunset and star gazing route! There were about 50 people at the summit when we got there, 30 left right after sunset and by 11pm, we were 2 out of 8 people on the entire mountain. We could see the milky way and an enormous number of stars. Breathtaking and our favorite thing we did the entire week!

Beautiful photos, I can only imagine seeing these views in person!
YES, fish tacos! But seriously this sounds like a great way to spend a week in Hawaii. Pics and recos are making me want to go, like now.
