Day 1 #halfday
Arrival at Airport: I arranged for the riad we are staying at to pick me and a friend up at the airport. This was recommended through reviews that I've read, and to confirm the price of the ride afterward. There is an ATM at the airport to take cash out.
After getting to the Riad I am staying at, Palais Sebban (highly recommended), my friend and I went for dinner at the Terrasse Des Epices. We walked through the main market during sunset and it was splended!
Day 2 #fullday with lots of sites to #exploremarrakech
9AM- Walked from riad after breakfast to #koutoubiamosque. You won't be able to enter if you are not Muslim, but the gardens are beautiful.
10AM - Walked to Saadien's Tombs #saadienstombs from Koutoubia Mosque. The entrance is on a small corner where you can pay the entrance fee.
11AM - Walked to Bahia Palace #bahiapalace from Saadien's Tombs. This is a MUST GO if you love #islamicarchitecture. Every corner is picturesque and breathtaking.
12AM - Had lunch at local places we found, such as Cafe des Epices
Afternoon - Explore the #souksofmarrakech and got lost in #soukcherratin and #souksemmarine
Returned to the riad and went to a #hammam #spa
Dinner - Went out to explore a bit more and found a nice cafe for dinner where I tried #harirasoup #moroccanfood
Day 3 #halfday
9AM - Taxied to #jardinmarjorelle (Around 50-100 DUR). Highly recommend buying tickets in advance. I had to wait in line for 20-30 minutes. I recommend going early in the morning because it is very crowded as it gets later.
11AM - YSL Museum #ysl #fashion. Heaven for those who are interested in #fashion and how Marrakech has influenced the designer.
1PM - Went back to the hotel and headed to the airport!
